Liam: Well Speedy it seems that the send-off rule in the NRL isn't deal after Manly's Addin Fonua-Blake was given his marching orders.
Speedy: I did see that. Probably shouldn't have been the only sending off of the weekend though.
Liam: I tend to agree because I'm not quite sure how Joey Leilua stayed on the park after his off the ball high shot. He will be sitting down for a while with a four-week suspension.
Speedy: What did the Manly bloke say?
Liam: I don't think it's fit to be republished but let's just say he should be made to sit out for a while because you can't be calling the referee what he did.
Speedy: It was right after the Manly bloke got pushed in the back after he kicked the ball.
Liam: They had to throw the book at him.
Speedy: You are right there. You can't be abusing referees.
Liam: It is not sending the right message to the young kids who are watching.
Speedy: If he gets off for that they will all be doing it.
Liam: Well just looking at the charges from the weekend it seems Leilua who only got sin-binned will be out for around four weeks while Fonua-Blake is looking at a two-match ban. See to me that isn't enough. He should be looking at a month at a minimum on the sideline if they really want to stamp it out.
Speedy: Did you watch the game on Thursday night between the Roosters and Melbourne?
Liam: I did catch the golden point thriller. Thought the Roosters had it in the bag at one stage, but you can never count out the Storm.
Speedy: It was one of the best games that I have seen in a long time. Every time people start to say that the Storm is in trouble with injuries and suspensions, they come roaring back.
Liam: How are you feeling about the season now.
Speedy: I said the other week that it was feeling like a two-horse race between the Roosters and Parramatta, but there has been a bit of a change over the weekend.
Liam: You can never count out the Storm
Speedy: And they could get better once Munster comes back from injury.
Liam: How do you feel about the Knights.
Speedy: I'm not too sure about them at the moment. I'm not going to say they can win it I just don't think they are quite there yet. The Roosters will be there and there will be two or three challengers.
