Murrumbidgee Police District officers charged a man with high-range drink driving on Sunday.
The 39-year-old man was stopped by police on Banna Avenue at 3.20am, and he was given a roadside breath test and returned a positive reading.
Officers took the man to Griffith police station where he returned a blood-alcohol reading of 0.158.
He was charged and will face Griffith Local Court at a later date.
