The elusive New South Wales player won 1st Prize in draw 10365 on April 14, 2020.
The ticket is unregistered, so officials from the Lott have no way of contacting the winner to break the good news - instead, they must wait for them to come forward and claim their prize.
The winning entry was purchased at Griffin Plaza Newsagency, with owner Manjit Lally saying he is eager for the winner to come forward and claim their prize.
"We can't wait until they discover the news and can begin to enjoy their prize," Mr Lally said.
"It's some good news everyone is needing at the moment, it's created a real buzz in the outlet.
"Hopefully we can sell more major prize winning tickets soon."

"Just imagine what you could do with an extra $100,000, the rest of 2020 could look a lot brighter with that prize in your pocket.
"Make sure you check your wallet, handbag, fridge door and car glovebox, previous winners have found valuable tickets in all sorts of strange places."
