Secretary of the Country Women's Association in Griffith, Ann Scroop, is encouraging anyone and everyone to come down and enjoy the community event.
"It's a family-oriented day and we are raising funds for the refurbishment of our hall," she explained.
"We want to encourage people to bring the kids down because there will be some old-time kids games in the park.
"We're keeping it moderately priced because it's all about family - and we just want people to come down, relax, have a sausage and have a good time."
The day will feature egg-and-spoon races, sack races, a thong throwing competition, tug-of-war and watermelon eating competition.
"The watermelon eating competition is big with the kids, they love to do that," Ms Scroop said.
"We encourage anyone to try and beat the kids in that one."
Sunday is predicted to be a cool, sunny day, so make your way down to CWA Park for some old-timey fun - as the best musical and culinary talent in the Riverina is put on display.
If you would like to book your own stall site, please contact Ann Scroop.
