The Cougars made it through to the decider with wins over Leagues and Hanwood while Exies defeated the Panthers while picking up a tie against Diggers.
The Eagles won the toss but were on the back foot early with the loss of Marc Tucker (5) and Hayden Forner (1) who were both dismissed by Ben Signor (2/9).
Jamie Winkler (26) and Travers Pickmere started the fightback for the Eagles with a 38-run stand before Rob Rand started the wicket-taking for the slow bowlers with the wicket of Pickmere (9).
Wickets started to fall at regular intervals with Rob (2/21) and Tim Rand (3/13) combined for five dismissals while Dean Bennett (2/14) chipped in with two wickets.
Coro skipper Haydn Pascoe wasn't too surprised with the impact the slow bowlers had on the Eagles innings.
"They (the Rand brothers) shine a little bit in the T20 we are almost picking them as bowlers to be honest," he said.
"Slow bowlers seem to dominate in the T20s."
Some late runs from Phil Burge (27) saw Exies reach 106 before they were bowled out in the penultimate over.
Pascoe left his top order with a simple message as they walked out to start their innings.
"Sometimes the smaller targets can be a little bit of a pain to get," he said.
"But I spoke to the top order about getting set and take a bit of time the runs will come easy, and Deano (Bennett) was able to do that."
Bennett and Mark Burns were able to lay the foundation with a 58-run opening stand before Burns (26) went for one big hit too many off the bowling of Aditha Jayasuriya (1/14) and was caught at deep mid-wicket.
The Coro skipper joined Bennett out in the middle, and the pair were able to get Coro to within eight runs of victory before Pascoe (12) was stumped by Forner off the bowling of Pickmere (1/9) to see the Cougars sitting on 2/98 off 14.5 overs.
It didn't slow the scoring for the Coro side with Bennett (55*) and Angus Boulton (5*) able to guide their team to an eight-wicket win with 4.4 overs remaining.
