Operation Drink Drive One was held across New South Wales from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
Over 3500 random breath tests were conducted across district.
Four drivers were caught drink-driving and five drivers were detected with drugs in their system.
Around 130 tickets were issued, including six for seat-belt and restraint infringement, 40 for speeding, and 72 other infringement notices.

In Griffith, a 26-year-old man was caught drink-driving on Banna Avenue, returning a reading of 0.054 on Sunday morning. He was issued a ticket and his license was immediately suspended.
Later on Sunday evening, a 25-year-old man was pulled on Griffin Avenue up for a random breath test, and told police officers he had never held a license. He will be appearing before court.
Just after midnight on Monday, a teenage boy was found driving a car with no supervision and not displaying his L-plates. His learner license was suspended and was issued infringement notices for both offences.
Just 20 minutes after, a 24-year-old man was caught drink-driving on Wakaden Street, blowing a mid-range reading of 0.146. He will also be appearing before court, and his license was immediately suspended.
