Bendigo Bank will offer four staff members the opportunity to work elsewhere with the bank once the Griffith branch is closed later this year.
On April 30, the doors at Bendigo Bank's Griffith branch will be locked for the final time. The regional bank - the nation's fifth largest - had announced branch closures last year.
A spokesman for the bank said there had been a "detailed review" of their customer's banking habits, the number of in-branch transactions and visitors to the branch.
"The bank has made the difficult decision to close the Griffith Bendigo Bank branch," the spokesman said.
One full-time and three part-time employees work at the branch.
"Discussions with staff are ongoing and every effort will be made to redeploy them within the Bendigo Bank network," the spokesman said.
Accounts kept at the Griffith branch will be transferred to the Wagga Wagga branch and the bank says customers will not need to take any direction action.
Letters to customers highlighted alternatives to the Griffith branch, with branches at Hillston, Hay and Coleambally to remain open.
