After six stages of the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia, Hillston's Toby Price is still well-positioned to make a charge and attempt to take out his third win at the endurance event.
Off the back of a win on stage five Price finished the sixth stage in 11th position and sits 25 minutes behind leader Ricky Brabec but is only five minutes behind Pablo Quintanilla who occupies second.
It wasn't the smoothest of stages for the Hillston native who had his rear tyre fall off around 400km into the stage.
" I have no idea why this would have happened, but I'm super grateful that Andrew Short pulled up and gave me his wheel which allowed me to get to the finish as quick as possible so thank you again for this mate," he tweeted after the race.
"Overall I'm pretty gutted that this is how we finished up today, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes."
