The money was raised through charity events throughout 2019, including a Vaccari's Pie Day, Bertoldo's cupcake sale, Come n Try Day at Griffith Kart Club, a rotary fundraiser, and a gruelling 12-hour stationary bike ride at Griffith Central.
The money will go towards hospital equipment for the children's ward, which is currently looking at buying a cardio-respiratory bedside monitoring machine.
The funds from last year's Give Me 5 For Kids fundraiser went towards an electrocardiography machine for the children's ward, which previously had to go without.
Unit manager Tracey Costin said the newly purchased ECG machine had made a world of difference for Griffith's sick children.
"To have the money to purchase an ECG machine for ourselves is phenomenal," Mrs Costin said.
"We have used it heaps already."

Triple M presenter Mandy Page said she was blown away by the unwavering support shown by the Griffith community over the years.
"We were so pleased with what we're about to do last year and we're pretty damn happy about what we've achieved this year," Ms Page said.
"We could not have done it on our own - we couldn't have done it without the community."
All of the equipment bought through Give Me 5 For Kids will remain in the children's ward, even when it moves to a temporary new building space as part of the Griffith Base Hospital redevelopment.
Give Me 5 for Kids is Southern Cross Austereo's national fundraiser, and Griffith's fundraising effort contributed to a record-breaking total of $2.58 million raised in 2019.
They money will go towards children's hospital wards in regional Australia.
