The event will see a number of activities held at the school to help promote understanding and inclusion of people with disability while also celebrating their achievements, with live music, a sausage sizzle, a jumping castle all on the cards for the event.
Kalinda principal Angela Sampson said the event aims to build the relationships between the school and the wider community.
"It's a big fun day of celebration and inclusivity," Ms Sampson said.
"Not all disabilities are visible, many are invisible and its important we look beyond disability and look at inclusion."
Ms Sampson said one new addition for this year will be the gathering of a number of local disability services at the school to help provide information and give talks on disability access and support.
"We can have fun with the kids while you go in and get some information on how to support them," Ms Sampson said.
"It's not very often you get all these different services joining together to say here's what we have on offer."

Sensory activities will also be held at the event, with plans to implement activities which will help people understand the different forms of disability.
"The vision teacher is going to be doing some vision-impairment type activities to have an understanding of what it is like to have poor vision," Ms Sampson said.
"It's [to have] a greater understanding, It's an awareness."
The day will run from 11am to 2pm at the school.
