It was a flying start with Rebecca Groat scoring three quick tries to set the tone for the night for the Luna Wild.
The lead was extended shortly after with Mia Patton able to make a break down the wing before Groat brought her tally to four while Jessica Conlan made it 6-0 heading into halftime.
The night went from strength to strength with Ella Morrissey getting over just as pay resumed and was followed by tries to Georgia Fuller, Conlan and Jenna Richards as Luna Wild pushed their lead to double digits.
Conlan completed her hat trick midway through the second half, and Morrissey broke through for her second to make it 12-0.
The tries continued to flow for the Luna Wild side as Fuller crossed for her second of the night while Conlan picked up her fourth and Morrissey picked up a hat-trick.
Despite it being a tough night for the I2R side they didn't leave empty-handed with Niamh Wood getting over before Luna Wild secured the 17-1 win with a second try to Richards.
In the other top division women's game, Sisters came away with an 8-2 win over S.J.R Industries.
In the men's competition, the clash between KX450F and Griff Hotel Big Cash played out a tight first half.
The Griff Hotel scored the first two tries of the game with John Lolohea and Jeremy Mau getting over the line before Dean Schmetzer scored the first try for the KX450F side to make it 2-1 at the break.
The KX450F side had the chance to pull level in the early stages of the second half before dropping the ball over the line which proved costly as with Isaiah Potts able to race up the other end and extend his sides lead out to 3-1.
Schmetzer reduced the gap back to a try before Hayden Stockton and Jacob Busnello got over for the Griff Hotel to see them leading 5-2.
Nathan Richards was able to break through the line from the restart and pass off to Jess Spencer while Noah Schmetzer also found his way over to see the KX450F side still holding onto hope of taking an unlikely victory.
Those hopes were dashed when Mau was able to get over after a no-look pass from Willie Lolohea saw Griff Hotel take a 7-4 win.
