Kids have been strapping on their helmets and getting a few laps in before class in order to get the blood pumping, the oxygen flowing, and their minds sharpened for the day ahead.
It's a program developed by Stanford Medical School, which found a few laps in the morning increased attention in class, long-term cognitive improvements, and better physical health.
It's also a whole lot of fun, according to Year 6 Tharbogang Public student Ava, who enjoys the feeling of zipping around on the bike track.
"When I do bike riding I feel really free and like I am flying," Ava said.
"When I get back to school I feel really happy and ready to learn."
Julia from Year 6 says she feels ready to take on the day once she's had a hard cycling session.
"Bike riding helps me feel more refreshed and ready to learn," Julia said.
"It's a two for one. You're getting fit as well as feeling better within yourself."

Teacher and program leader Kerry Dal Nevo said she'd already seen a noticeable change in her students' behaviour.
"The students have really embraced the program," Mrs Dal Nevo said.
"There has not only been a noticeable increase in their focus in the classroom, but students' mindsets are becoming more positive towards their learning."
Tharbogang School P & C Vice President Belinda Sillis said, the program was made possible thanks to the generous support of the community.
"Our P & C came across this program and it really sparked our interest. Without the financial assistance from both the Griffith Leagues Club, Club Grants Program, and Griffith City Council, Community Grant Program, purchasing the equipment would not have been possible," she said.
"We are extremely grateful for the support from Council and the League Club. Griffith Kart Club have also generously allowed us to use their facility to provide a safe location to run the program".
Specialized bikes founded the Riding for Focus Foundation in the USA.
Whilst the foundation is not officially established in Australia, David Savage from local Specialized distributor GB's Cycles said "Specialized bikes were keen to be onboard when we approached them, we partnered with them to handle the delivery of the equipment and we'll provide any future maintenance requirements. Seeing the excitement and smiles on the students faces is awesome".
