The two sides have been regular combatants over the past three seasons, and coach Dean Catanzariti feels there is a bit of a rivalry building between the two sides.
Having fallen in the past two encounters, Catanzariti is confident his side can bring home the trophy this weekend.
"It will be the strongest side we have been able to name all season," he said.
"We have that finals experience now after the last couple of season and are pretty confident about our chances."
The Swans had a couple of injury concerns heading into the preliminary final last weekend but Catanzariti, who missed the clash with Coolamon with an ankle injury, said the team was entering with almost a clean bill of health.
"I think at this stage we only have one out at this stage and we should also get one back from first grade which will be a handy boost," he said.
"I should be alright. I got through training on Tuesday, and hopefully, there won't be any issues on Thursday."
While the Swans have fallen in the previous two encounters, the Swans coach feels that the experience gained in that time could make the difference.
"You can't train that kind of experience you only gain it from being there," he said.
"I think it will go along way to getting us over the line.
"If I had to pick one area where we have improved, it is definitely in our speed. We are a quicker side by comparison to the last couple of seasons."
The Swans reserves had gone through the season undefeated until the two sides met in the second semi-final two weeks ago.
The Demons came away with a 10.6 (69) to 3.5 (23) win over the Swans to advance straight into the grand final while the Griffith side secured their second chance at the Collingullie team with a 33-point win over Coolamon in the preliminary final.
Catanzariti is expecting another tough clash with the Demons this time around.
"We are expecting a similar game to two weeks ago. They just play a good brand of finals footy," he said.
"Hopefully we learnt a couple of things from the last time that we are able to fix ahead of this weekend.
"I think it (the loss) helps us a little. It just takes some of the pressure off about going through the season undefeated."
The reserve grade game will be the second of the football grand finals to be played at Narrandera Sportsground on Saturday.
First bounce is scheduled for 12pm.
