Both Jayden Torino and Connor Sully got on the score sheet in their 2-0 victory last week, with the side hoping to carry momentum into the decider against Lake Albert.
Player coach Andrew Quarisa is still carrying an injured hamstring from nearly four weeks ago, however, he is patched, bandaged and ready for Sunday afternoon.
"They're a great bunch of lads and we're really looking forward to the game," said Quarisa.
Hanwood faced Lake Albert in the major semi-final of the competition two weeks ago, losing during the final stages of an extensive penalty shootout.
Now however, the squad is ready to fight back and claim the championship title.
