Mitch Baginate got the first shot on target from long distance, but it was easily saved by the opposition keeper, but the home side didn't have to wait long to break the deadlock.
After Steve Crombie and Bagiante combined well out wide, a one-two between the two allowed Bagiante to get into the box before playing the ball across the six-yard box and provide an easy tap in for Isaac Donadel.
Two goals in quick succession saw the Sydney side take the lead before the issues for Yoogali were compounded as they were reduced to 10-men with Jack Moon sent from the field, along with a Padstow player, after an altercation on the bench.
Another penalty late in the game gave Padstow the 3-1 win even despite the best efforts of Dean Catanzariti who had a great chance to pull one goal back.
