It was the Blueheelers who struck first with Zac Whitworth getting over in the corner, but Leeton gained the ascendancy there.
Manasa Rokomatoto scored twice while Semi Rokodinono scored one before halftime to see the Greens head into the break with an 18-4 lead.
Yenda was able to reduce the gap with Whitworth scoring his second for the day, but Leeton was again able to wrestle back control.
Rokodinono restored his side's advantage before a moment of ill-discipline saw De'Andre Williams sent to the sin bin.
The Blueheelers made the most of the man advantage with Tevita Mahe crashing over to make it 24-16 with just seven minutes remaining.
Lemeki Cagialau wrapped up the Greens spot in the decider with a 14-point victory which means they will take on Darlington Point Coleambally next Sunday.
