The Swans have three sides in the deciders with the under 11s and 13s Red teams making it through in the netball while in the football the under 15s Red side will be looking to complete an undefeated season.
The under 13s will face a Narrandera Blue side who were undefeated until the two teams met in the qualifying final two weeks ago.
"We weren't expecting to win, but we got up by two points and went straight through," coach Annette Waide said.
"One of our better players was missing from that game so she will still be coming back into the side this weekend."
Heading into this weekend's clash with the Narrandera side, Waide knows what her team will have to look out for.
"They (Narrandera) have a tall shooter, so if we can contain her and convert at the other end we will be in a good position," she said.
"Emmerson Waide, Timeeka Coleman Joanna MacRae and Lily Beltrame have been great for us all season, and I'm expecting them to step up again."
The under 11s will also be heading into the weekend with plenty of confidence taken the long road to reach the decider to take on Temora and knocked off first-placed Leeton-Whitton along the way.
"I think they are in with a really good chance," coach Michelle Fall said.
"We beat Leeton, and we were a bit nervous heading into that game, but our defence was unbreakable. If we can perform like that again this weekend, there's no reason we can't beat Temora."
From Fall perspective, the improvement of one player has really caught her eye.
"Lucy Payne started at centre, but we moved her up to goal attack, and she has been performing really well in her first season at the club," she said.
"To see the commitment she has put in and the improvement she has made, it has been great to see."
The coach feels that the players being able to get locked into position has helped them reach the decider.
"In juniors, you can tend to rotate positions but being able to find their strengths has meant we have been able to lock down those positions," she said. "We also have some really top defenders, and they have been our backbone."
Meanwhile, the Swans under 15s Red football side will be looking to defend their crown when they travel to Barellan to take on arch-rivals Leeton-Whitton in the grand final.
If the Swans were to take the win this weekend, it would be the second season in a row where the talented age group has finished undefeated.
Coach Greg Dreyer who has been in charge of the under 15s side for the last five seasons, said it had been their team play that got them into this position.
"Early in the season we were probably a bit reliant on our best four or five players to carry the team," he said.
"The bottom age players have really developed throughout the season, and we are now playing as a team rather than just relying on those talented players."
The rivals have played each other in the previous four grand finals with the Crows taking out three while the Swans one in 2018.
