The under 16s boys, under 12 boys black and under 12s have made the most of their strong seasons and will look to bring home the silverware this weekend.
The under 12s boys side will take on Temora who are the only side who have beaten them this year, but coach Clint Robertson said it would be a different side to the two encounters earlier in the season.
"This will be the first time we are playing them with a full-strength side," he said.
"We will have all our best players back in our backline which will make a big difference because when we played them earlier in the season, they scored tries by running around us."
The under 12s defence has shone through in recent weeks, and Robertson knows it will be a key factor.
"Without a doubt, the strength of the side has been our defence," he said.
"We have had 14 points scored against us in the last five games, and we know we only really need to win 5-0 if we can hold our defence."
Both sides have been making an impact in the representative scene with nine players coming from the two teams for the SIRU side while five or six of the Blacks players have been selected in the Riverina PSSA side.
The Under 12s girls side has been a dominant force in their age group after finishing the season unbeaten.
Coach Clayton Vidler said it comes down to the dedication shown by the girls.
"They started training four weeks before everyone else," he said.
"The way you train is the way that you play and the results really back that up.
"They went through the season undefeated, so there is no excuse for us."
In the two meetings, the Blacks defeated their opponents for this weekend Young twice with the second encounter was a close one with the Griffith side coming away with a 35-30 win and Vidler is expecting a similar clash this weekend.
The girl's success has led to bragging rights developing between the under 12s girls and under 16s boys, according to Vidler.
"Chris McGregor's under 16s boys are good, but we have scored more tries," he joked.
The under 16s side led by McGregor is also heading into the weekend with an unbeaten record, and the coach puts it down to the effort from the squad as a whole.
"They have trained harder than anyone else, so I think it comes down to their dedication," he said.
"We don't have any superstars instead we have 20 blokes who go out there and play for each other.
"They are undefeated at this stage, so hopefully we are able to keep that record intact come Sunday."
This weekend the under 16s will take on Southern Barbarians, and McGregor is expecting a tough game.
"While we have beaten them both times we have played them the games have been really close," he said.
"They have a handy backline so we will need to watch out for them but if we can be patient and stick to our structures that should put us in the right position."
Griffith Junior Blacks president Rob Flannagan said it had been an excellent year for the club.
"We pride ourselves on being a family orientated club and this season has been really strong for the club as a whole," he said.
