The Barellan Masters Games was a hit in February when more than 200 people took part in a variety of different sports.
Visitors travelled to take part and, while the main aim of the weekend is to be active, have fun and perhaps even come away with a medal or two, it also raises vital funds for the Barellan community.
With the bills from this year's event now sorted and paid, it was time to determine how much could then be given to the nominating community groups.

As a result, the Barellan and District Bowling Club has received $3500 to assist with making the northern end of its green more safer, while $6500 was given to the Barellan Netball Club to assist in completing stage three of its court development.
Games publicity officer Carl Chirgwin was pleased the funds would be put to good use.
"In a nutshell, the more participants we can get involved in our games ... the more we can extend on the $51,000 we have granted Barellan-based organisations for their needs over the past eight years," he said.
Mr Chirgwin said the word continued to spread about the games and said as always it was "never too late to participate".
The event will be held in 2020, with a voting competition underway on the organisation's Facebook page to choose the "face of the games" photo for the event.
