Last year's winner was a shoe-in; Athletes Foot on Banna Avenue took out the award after being voted the best in the business at customer service.
This year's awards will be even more competitive than last year's; 15 businesses have been chosen as finalists, and each of them are known for their excellent standard of customer service.
Voting has opened as of June 28, and members of the public can pitch in their votes at griffithbusinesschamber.com.au/local-customer-service-award/
Members of the public have until 5pm on July 5 to cast their vote.

The winner will be announced at the Awards Gala Night on July 20, when they'll receive praise, glory, a shiny trophy, and a $500 advertising voucher for The Area News.
