It was a strong match on Sunday afternoon which saw Hanwood FC bring out the big guns in the first half to take the win 4-0 against Tolland.
Getting out quickly by scoring in a mere ten seconds after the whistle blew, a "solid all-round effort" by the team made it look all too easy.
Despite having a few less players on the ground as they have in their last few games, they managed to maintain enough momentum to hold their lead.
Coach Anthony Agresta was proud of the performance the team put in.
"We started off really well and put those few away in the first half," Agresta said.
"There were a few chances in the second we could've taken, but I think having less players we ran out of gas a little but it was a great performance and another clean sheet."
He hopes the team will keep picking up points, work on their combinations and "sharpen up" a little to stay in the top of the ladder while taking on Cootamundra away next week.
