Mrs Dalton will speak at 12:30pm before members of her family, members of the Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party and members of the Legislative Assembly.
After winning the seat of Murray just over a month ago, she has been busy setting up offices in Griffith and Deniliquin while attending training and induction days in Sydney.
Not letting her first opportunity slide by, Mrs Dalton said she will speak about her top priorities: health, education and water.
"I will be making sure that in my maiden speech the coalition government understands the needs of the people of Murray," Mrs Dalton said.
She plans to invite the Premier, Deputy Premier and the Water Minister to Murray.
"A quick stop over is not what the people of Murray deserve from this government," she said

"They deserve to be listened to and have their needs met like any other resident in NSW."
"Murray now has a fighter, someone who is going stand up to the government and let them know their failings. There are many failings which need to be rectified with sensible solutions."
One of the things she has decided to "tackle" is Murrumbidgee High School, and says she has already contacted the Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning.
"The Minister must get out to Griffith and deal with the failed merger of our two high schools. It isn't working and our teachers and our children deserve the best," Mrs Dalton said.
