Two masked men had broken into their home on Griffin Avenue at around 3am, brandishing a baseball bat and demanding money.
The two robbers left the woman and two men in the house, taking with them two mobile phones and some cash.
Leaving their home to see if there was any damage to a business in the same building, they found further destruction.
The business had been damaged, with windows and fittings smashed.
When officers arrived, the scene was examined by specialist police, with inquiries still continuing.
The two men are described as wearing dark pants and boots, with one wearing a high-visibility jackets with vertical silver reflective stripes, with the other wearing a black hooded jacket.
