There were no other people in the car, and police are currently investigating who the driver was.
The car was driving east on Lockhart Road in Benerembah when the driver lost control of the car and drove into a large tree on the side of the road.
One of the boys had to be flown to hospital after received head injuries and a fractured wrist and kneecap.
Another boy sitting in the back seat had fractured leg and neck injuries.
A boy sitting in the front seat was thrown forward by the force of the collision, hitting the front windscreen and receiving cuts and bruises to his face and neck.
Griffith police are continuing to investigate the car crash.
