Application forms can be downloaded at elections.nsw.gov.au or by calling 1300 135 736 before February 11.
You can lodge the applications by mailing them to GPO Box 832, Sydney NSW 2001 or by emailing PVA@elections.nsw.gov.au.
Those who are already registered as general postal voters will automatically receive ballot papers in the mail.
After receiving the ballot papers, electors must cast their vote before 6pm on February 18.
It is compulsory for all enrolled voters to vote for the upcoming byelection.
