Griffith Central has been sold to new owners for an undisclosed amount.
The shopping centre which was opened in 2007 on Yambil Street.
Central’s tenants include Ritches Supa IGA supermarket and Target, plus retailers including Chemist Warehouse and Cotton On and another 36 specialty stores.
An underground car park has room for 500 cars.
The property is set to settle in the middle of 2019.
While the shopping centre has been sold, a spokeswoman for centre management said it was still “business as usual”.
Finding new owners for the centre took around six months – the new owners want to remain anonymous for the time being.
The Melbourne-based owners Griffith Central Pty Ltd have run the centre for 11 years and are reportedly pleased with the result following the sale.
