Griffith’s One in Christ Fellowship and the LifeSource Church are hosting Christmas in the Park on Saturday.
“This will be our fourth year in the park, it was only decided two weeks ago to have it again due to popular demand,” Pastor Mario Rizzeri said.
Mr Rizzeri said the LifeSource music team led by Pastor Steven Rand would be joining the event.
“As will the Tongan choir, there will also be a special appearance from the Cook Island Dancers and Griffith’s own Angelina Rizzeri,” Mr Rizzeri said.
“In the hustle and bustle and rush for the last minute shopping the joy of the Christmas spirit is sometimes lost.
“The live singing dancing and Christmas carols is a nice way to fill the air with the Christmas spirit.”
Christmas in the Park starts from 7.30pm on Saturday.
Mr Rizzeri said everyone was welcome and were encouraged to bring a picnic blanket or a chair, the event is slated to be finished by around 9pm on Saturday.
