Published by the Department of Jobs and Small Business on a quarterly basis, the star rating system measures the success of employment providers in assisting their clients into work.
The scale also provides transparency for job seekers and employers alike to be able to select the best provider for their needs.
The announcement of Sureway’s five-star status came earlier this month, ranking the Griffith office in the top 21 per cent of the country.

Area manager Ingrid Mita said that the success was a great advantage for the town.
“We are very excited to once again be recognised as a five-star service provider in the Griffith area,” Mrs Mita said.
“It is a real asset for local employers and job seekers to know that they can access a top-rated service right here in Griffith and that they can rely on us to deliver quality outcomes long-term.”
The employment services provider first earned a five-star rating in June 2016 and has not waned from the position since, with Mrs Mita crediting the success of Sureway Griffith to the work of her local team.
“We have a great team here in Griffith who are passionate about our company purpose to change lives and build stronger communities,” she said.
“They truly care about the work that they do to link the right people with the right jobs and the star ratings show just that.”
However, the Griffith team agreed that the long-term success was not without help from the community.
“A big thank you must go to our partner businesses who trust us with their recruitment processes,” Mrs Mita said.
“Also to our many wonderful clients who we have been able to assist into meaningful employment.”
The business, located in Banna Avenue, delivers recruitment services under the federal government’s Jobactive and Disability Employment Services contracts, provided at no cost to employers.
