Two out of the five sides were able to pick up wins when they took to the court to take on their arch-rivals.
The A grade side maintain their position inside the top five with a 48-25 win over the seventh placed Crows and with the win hold a four-point gap to the sixth placed Narrandera side.
It was a narrow loss for the A Reserve side who are still looking for the second win of the season.
The 38-35 loss there chances of making the finals this season also fading with the Swans currently sitting 20 points behind Ganmain who sit in fifth with five rounds to go so would need to pick up wins in the remaining games and hope other results go there way.
B grade fell to the Crows by the same score line to see them still sitting on the cusp of making in to the top five with a win all that separates the Swans from Mangoplah CUE in fifth.
It was a tight contest in C Grade but it was the Swans who were able to come out on top with a 24-18 win over the fifth placed Crows.
The win gives the Griffith side a 14-point lead over the sixth-placed Narrandera side so there position in finals is almost secured.
In the game of the day between two of the top four teams the under 17s Swans side fell to a 50-37 defeat to the Crows in a high scoring encounter. A win for the Swans would have helped to secure a finals berth as they are only separated by eight points from sixth-placed GGGM.
The Swans ladies will return this weekend to take on Coolamon.
