With four rounds remaining in the regular season, the Hanwood side will need to continue the good form they have shown in recent weeks which has seen them win two of their last three games.
Coach Morgan Forster said it comes down to a simple equation.
“The boys are really starting to gel,” he said.
“There is a good comradery in the team, and everyone is just working together.”
It won’t be an easy task in the coming weeks with the side taking on Yoogali FC One before facing Yoogali SC but as it stands they still just one point behind West Griffith so any result from those games would give them a sniff.
Hanwood FC Two’s game against Yoogali FC One will get underway at around 3pm at Yellow Tail Park as the final of three games on Sunday.
