In the two games at Southside Leagues Club Oval, the under 14s and under 13s had success while at Solar Mad Stadium the under 18s picked up three crucial points while the under 16s fell.
The under 13s maintain their good season which sees them sitting three points behind the first placed Gungahlin United with a game in hand thanks to a 3-1 win over the Panthers on Saturday.
It was a needed three points for the under 14s who picked up a 3-1 win with Ethan Andreazza finding the back of the net before the Rhinos were able to score another two goals before the final whistle blew. The win keeps them level with the fourth-placed Gungahlin side who are only ahead due to a goal difference of one.
The tough season has continued for the under 16s has continued after they fell just short of getting points against Monaro. Kyle Arcifa and Jonathan Codemo found the back of the net, but it wasn’t quite enough as the visiting side picked up a 3-2 win.
It was a battle for table position in the under 18s with the Rhinos knowing a win over the Panthers would give them back second place. Goals to Jack Moon and Hamish Inglis ensured that the home side was able to take back their position with a 2-0 win.
The Rhinos will be looking to continue their success this weekend when they take on Canberra FC with all games to be played at Solar Mad Stadium starting with the under 13s at 10am on Saturday.
