It is alleged the green Ford Falcon sedan lost traction when turning a left-hand bend on the Kidman Way, crossing the train line and entering table drain, rolling at least twice before coming to a halt on the passenger’s side.
The driver and the rear driver's side passenger suffered head and spinal injuries and were airlifted to St George Hospital in Sydney.
Both are now in a stable condition.
The other two passengers suffered minor injuries and were treated at Griffith Base Hospital.
The south-bound lane on Kidman was closed while police investigated, and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
Investigations are continuing.
