While it wasn’t the best start for the seniors as they fell to defending champions in the Black and Whites they were able to make their way into the second week after Leeton forfeited their second match against the Blueheelers.

The Yenda league tag team showed their ability which saw them win the Group 20 League Tag title last season starting with a 20-6 win over Hay before backing it up with a 30-0 win over Leeton to send them through to the decider.

The Blueheelers will now take on Yanco Wamoon in the league tag decider.

The under 16s saw close matches transpire with the biggest difference between the sides being 10 points when West Wyalong defeated Yanco Wamoon 18-8.

The final in the 16s will see West Wyalong take on Yenda and in the two sides meeting on Saturday it came down to two points with the Mallee Men taking the 8-6 win.

West Wyalong also saw off the challenge from the TLU Sharks after they won on the first try rule with the score finishing on 18-all at full time.

The under 18s will see the two undefeated teams go head-to-head with Yanco Wamoon taking on Yenda.

The Hawks defeated West Wyalong 8-6 and also saw off the challenge of the Sharks with a 12-run victory. The Blueheelers defeated DPC 24-10 while also picked up a win over Waratahs 28-0.

In the seniors, the defending champions Black and Whites will take on West Wyalong for a chance to defend their title while the Waratahs will take on the Blueheelers.

The Waratahs are unbeaten after their group games after receiving a forfeit against the Sharks while they defeated the Roosters 24-6.

The defending champions in the Black and Whites are also undefeated after wins against Yenda and then defeated Hay 34-6.
