The pursuits allegedly occurred between December, 2017 and February, 2018.
Police conducted an operation on Middleton Avenue in Griffith on Wednesday before a short foot chase lead to the arrest of the 20-year-old man.
He was charged with two outstanding warrants and 10 offences, including four counts of police pursuit, two counts of drive motor vehicle while disqualified, use vehicle with unauthorised number plate, unlawfully possess number plates, use vehicle displaying altered number plate and goods in personal custody suspected stolen.
He was refused bail and was due to appear in Griffith court on Thursday.
