After winning the toss and electing to bat Jayden Quinn and James Roche looked to get their side off to a positive start.
However, with the score on 10, Quinn (3) fell to the bowling of Chaise Sergi (1/1) while in unfortunate circumstances Sam Irvin was out after hitting his own wicket off the bowling of Patrick Payne (1/6).
It was three wickets in quick succession when Sean Culgan (0) was dismissed by Noah Gaske (1/9) to see Exies fall to 3/21.
Jack Mingay and Roche went about rebuilding their innings with a 20-run partnership before Nobeljit Kalsi (1/13) trapped Mingay (1).
Roche retired after a 21-run stand Amandeep Singh and when Hayden Forner came to the crease and the pair were able to get their side to 79 before Singh (8) fell to the bowling of Patrick Gunn (1/11).
The fall of Singh saw Kyle Jamieson (2/17) picked up the wickets for Forner (10) and Mason Ashcroft (1).
Fergus Shelton also had an impact with the ball dismissing Billy Evans (3) and Bohdy Martin (0).
Roche (66*) came out of retirement and along with Lucas Irvin (27*) were able to put on a quick-fire partnership of 58 of just 37 deliveries to see Exies finish their 25 overs on 9/147.
Leagues made a tough start in reply with Fergus Shelton (2) and Enzo Nolan (0) within the first three overs to be at 2/4.
The difficulties continued with Michael Cudmore and Gunn (0) falling with Jamieson (3) and Alex Minato (2) following close behind to see the Panthers fall to 6/14.
Kalsi and Gaske added some respectability to the scoreboard with a 34-run stand, and even after Kalsi (19) fell to the bowling of Quinn (1/20), Gaske kept the score ticking over.
When Gaske (18) was run out with the score on 62, Sergi (5) and Leo Forner (2) fell in quick succession to see Leagues bowled out for 73 in 21.4 overs to see Exies come away with a 74-run victory and maintain their 10 point lead at the top.
