The final Pink Up Griffith event will held on Friday, to announce the winner of the street competition – the business that did the best job raising money and decorating itself during the October month.
The event, sponsored by iTravel Griffith, is held at Griffith Real Estate from 1230pm. Lunch, drinks and music will be on offer for all to enjoy the end of a massive month.
Griffith Real Estate (GRE) and the Griffith Cancer Council organised the October Pink Up Griffith month. You would have seen many businesses decorate themselves and their staff in pink, and call for donations.
The money goes to the McGrath Foundation, which raises funds to place breast care nurses in communities.
Talia Macri, GRE hopes more than $50,000 will have been raised overall.
