The calendar was launched on Friday night with 40-50 people in attendance.
All proceeds to toward Country Hope, an organisation providing support services to rural children suffering with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
One of the event’s organisers Viv Mogliotti was happy with the launch’s turnout.
“Everyone was happy that came. They think it’s great. The response was great. The calendar had a bit of everything, a bit of humour,” she said.
“It was pretty good. We had a slideshow and people saw all of the other photos we’d taken,” she said.
Country Hope worked with photographer Ginette Guidolin to get the perfect photographs of the twelve men.
Even though it only launched on Friday night, Mrs Mogilotti says the response has already been great.
“It’s out there now. It’s ready to go,” she said.
“They’ll be in various stores around town.”
The calendar will be available for purchase for $20 at select stores and organisations around Griffith, including the Area News offices.
