For Louisa Feltracco and the other members of Griffith’s Parkinson’s support network, the next best option is to educate.
A free seminar will be on offer this Thursday to spread awareness about the disease.
Free of charge, the seminar is aimed at anyone affected by or interested in the disease.
Louisa says that the seminar offers an invaluable resource for the community.
“It’s important that everyone in Griffith understands what Parkinson’s is and how to cope with it,” she said.
“They’re diagnosing a younger and younger. A lot of people under 50 are being diagnosed,” she said.
