An attempted break-in on Nichols street occurred midnight Friday, when the resident heard a noise and subsequently found her bathroom window open and the fly-screen torn.
It is suspected that the intruder was alerted to the woman’s presence in her home and left before entering the premises.
A Holden Commodore was stolen from MacArthur street between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday, and it has not been located.
A driver’s side mirror and a bike rack taken off vehicles on Binya Street.
Meanwhile a 22 year old male was admitted to West Wyalong hospital with burns to his face and hands after an alleged welding accident.
The man was later airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, from where he has since been discharged.
Police attended the initial call out to the property at 10 pm on Saturday, however determined that it did not require police involvement.
