On the contrary it has been sized upon to sidle in the advancement of the indoctrination of the sexual orientation of children's lives. Parents need to take this seriously for it has now become an election issue, seeing as Shorten and the Greens are spruiking it to be compulsory in the school curriculum.
Malcolm Turnbull's wife, Lucy, is also pushing for it in Victorian schools in her role as ambassador of "Our Watch" under the guise of domestic violence.
It has already got a hold in some schools down there and now that parents have been made aware of it they see it as just another mischief making cause.
It has been introduced without any consultation or authority from the parents whose children are being forced to being subject to it. The Welsh academic Christine Weeden in her book "Feminist Practice and Poststructuralist Theory" is a Labor party to me considered compulsory reading, its contents are spellbinding (to say the least).
No wonder Shorten and the Greens sing its praises.
It can be obtained from the NSW state library and will curl your hair. Having lost the battle for economic and foreign policy in the 1980s neo-marxists embarked on a long march through the institutions of the public sectors especially universities and schools.
Indoctrination programmes like "Safe Schools", BBR and start early are the inevitable result.
This breaks the long standing bipartisan practise in Australian politics of keeping ideology out of schools.

As parents have the God given right (as parents) to nurture their children in all things that matter in accordance with their growth towards maturity it ought to be their right to do so. It's called "leave well enough alone where the rights of the parents begin and end" and for teachers school subjects only as is the norm.
Turnbull could well become a turncoat after the election as he really hasn't said this cause will not be allowed elsewhere.
After all he isn't about to ruffle his wife's feathers in her role of pushing for it, far easier to toss aside assurances given to the electorate now just to get himself into power by using the trust of the electorate to allow him to do so. He needs to clarify with certainty where he stands on this issue with the parents of Australia whose children are at risk of brainwashing of this kind of nonsense which they don't need.
Gough Whitlam would turning in his grave if he knew about this.
