The winners with a lovely score of 45 were Val Erickson and Carmel Smith.
Second place went to Heather Eagleton and Jeni Fisher on 44 points on a count back from Susan Tyrrell and Will Mead in third place.
Winners of the card draw were Prue Watson and Jan Condon.
There was only one nearest the pin winner – Pat Pauling in Division 2.
There were 14 ball winners with a score of 38 stableford points required.
Saturday golf
SATURDAY’S event was a stoke round with 15 ladies competing for the Mabel McKenzie Trophy.
This was the third round of the Golf NSW Medal and the RLGA Rudd Allen.
The winner with a 76 nett was Denise Turner with Annie Hicks runner up with a nett score of 79.
There were no nearest the pins and 10 ball winners with a score of 85 nett on a count back required.
Next Saturday’s round will be the Qualifying Round for the NSW Fourball Championships (two person teams event verses par).
Captains on the day are Kerrianne Keely and Bruna Ross.
A reminder to golfers that the RLGA Foursomes event will be held at Leeton on June 27, 2016.
