Swans Red trailed 22-14 at half-time but took control of the contest with a 3.2 third quarter.
The team’s defensive pressure lifted to limit the Crows to just two behinds in the last two terms as they went on to prevail 7.4 (46) to 3.7 (25).
Dean Schmetzer booted three goals for the Swans, while Giuseppe Rovere topped the best players’ list.
In the under 13s, Swans White were outclassed by Ganmain-Grong-Grong-Matong and went down 9.8 (62) to 1.5 (11).
The Swans White under 11s had better luck and progressed to the second week of the finals with a 2.6 (18) to 1.4 (10) win over Narrandera.
They will now play Swans Red, who lost their semi to Leeton-Whitton 5.2 (32) to 3.5 (23).
