Marcus Stanford, 24, will make his third court appearance in NSW following his extradition from South Australia in June.
He is expected to appear in court via video link to a prison.
Stanford is charged with being an accessory after the fact of murder.
He has not yet entered a plea.
Stanford’s twin brother, Vincent, is charged with murdering Miss Scott at Leeton in April.
His case is listed for reply to the brief of evidence in Griffith Local Court on September 30.
