Griffith detectives and Leeton police executed the warrant about 3pm and as a result located an amount of cannabis plants and a number of firearms.
A 25-year-old man will appear in Griffith Local Court charged with indoor enhanced cultivation of cannabis for a commercial purpose, stealing electricity and possession of a number of firearms.
Griffith Local Area Command Inspector Tony Reneker said the warrant was carried out as part of continual investigations into the growing and selling of drugs in the shire.
"Of particular concern is the firearms," Inspector Reneker said.
"At this stage they appear to be unlicensed, so we expect charges to be laid for a number of offences."
NSW Fire and Rescue Leeton were called to burn and destroy the cannabis plants that were located.
