JASON Spinks was refused bail in Leeton Local Court yesterday after he was charged with discharging a firearm into a dwelling in Griffith.

The Griffith man was also charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of an unregistered firearm and possession of ammunition without a licence.
Spinks did not enter a plea and will appear via video-link up in Griffith Local Court on December 10.
He was arrested after shots were fired in a North Griffith Street about 12.30pm on Monday.
Griffith Local Area Command crime manager Detective Inspector Paul Smith said police were also looking for two other Griffith men aged 33 and 31.
"We believe they may be able to assist us with our investigations," Detective Inspector Smith said.
Spinks, 43, appeared in Leeton Local Court yesterday.
He was arrested after he surrendered to police.
