It is the monkey's fifth litter at the popular Altina Wildlife Park at Darlington Point.
"The last four times mum gave birth to twins this is the first litter of triplets," zookeeper Andrew Surian said.
The baby monkeys will stay at the breeding zoo until they are old enough to be sent to other zoos around Australia.
Marmosets are the world's second smallest monkeys and are native to South America.
The Altina Wildlife Park's marmoset enclosure was opened in October 2013 and houses a number of marmosets of all ages, including the breeding alpha male and alpha female.
The 207-hectare park is in the middle of breeding season, with baby blackbucks, hog deers, elands, maned wolves, fat tail sheep, domestic goats and bisons born recently.
Altina Wildlife Park offers 2.5 hour tours in horse-drawn carts or motorised carts by appointment.
