A section of Griffith's Walla Avenue is in lockdown after a man was stabbed on Friday morning.

Police were called to Walla Avenue - outside the Seventh Day Adventist Church - shortly before 10.30am, where they found a 29-year-old man suffering a stab wound.
Paramedics were called and the man was taken to Griffith Base Hospital for treatment.
A crime scene was established in Walla Avenue, between Watson Road and Middleton Avenue, as detectives began their investigation.
Police have urged motorists to avoid the area, with diversions expected to be in place until later Friday evening.
After speaking with a number of witnesses, detectives are now seeking a 22-year-old Griffith man they believe may be able to assist with the investigation.
