At about 2.07am on Friday, police were called to a supermarket in Leeton where a vehicle had been used to force the front doors open.
Two offenders entered the property and stole items from the shop.
Later at about 3.25am the same vehicle attended a service station, where two occupants, with their faces covered up, attempted to open the doors.
It is alleged the shop attendant locked the doors, so the offenders then attempted to smash the doors unsuccessfully.
