At around 6.30am this morning, Warburn Brigade responded to a call out of a fire in the area.
RFS Duty Officer Stephen Kada said the fire was caused by a fallen power line, igniting a grass fire.
The building under threat was a pump house, however the brigade was able to extinguish the blaze before it spread.
The fire was quickly contained, and did not burn more than a hectare.
Essential Energy was also on the scene to repair the power line.
