Police were called to the scene after witnessed saw the boys enter the property.
The boys gained entry to the building by smashing a window on the side of the building, and damaged furniture inside.

In other news, police are once again urging Griffith residents to be on the look out, after another spree of thefts from vehicles.
From Friday December 8 and Sunday night, police received a large number of reports of cars being broken into around Benerembah Street, Merrigal Street and Gibbs Street areas with coins and cash being stolen.
“We are asking for public assistance to catch those responsible,” Inspector Seddon said.
“If you see people walking around at night or in the early hours of the morning who look like they don’t belong, or who are acting in a suspicious way, call us immediately so we can come and make sure they aren’t up to no good, or to catch them.”
Inspector Seddon also wished to take the opportunity to encourage sensible behavior over the Christmas season.
“With the Christmas season, we are looking for people in the MIA to be sensible when they go out and celebrate,” he said.
“If they refuse, they will be getting a not-so-nice Christmas present from us – a $550 fine.”
It comes after a man refused to leave a licenced premises on Banna Avenue on Sunday.
A 36-year-old male was asked to leave the premises, refused, and was escorted out by security.
Police were there at the time, and slapped the man with a $550 fine for failing to quit a liscenced premises when directed.
He was given a direction to move along and did not return.
